Customers are the businesses and developers who sign up for msgbubbles to text their own contacts. End usersare the people who send messages to, or receive messages from, a customer's msgbubbles number.

When a customer uses msgbubbles to message end users, the customer decides what messages are sent and why, and we process that message data on the customer's behalf. If you are an end user with questions about how a specific business uses your information, please contact that business directly.

• Account information — name, email address, business name, and billing details you provide when you sign up or contact us.
• Message data — phone numbers and handles, message content, attachments, timestamps, and delivery and read status for messages sent or received through the Services.
• Contact data — names, notes, and conversation history customers store about their contacts in the portal.
• Opt-in and opt-out records — records of consent to receive text messages and of requests to stop receiving them.
• Usage and device data — API request logs, IP address, browser type, and pages visited, including through privacy-friendly website analytics.

• To provide the Services, including sending and delivering messages and webhooks.
• To honor opt-in and opt-out requests and meet carrier and legal messaging requirements.
• To secure the Services, prevent spam, fraud, and abuse, and enforce our Terms.
• To provide support, respond to requests, and send service-related notices.
• To understand how the Services are used so we can maintain and improve them.

We do not sell personal information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

All of the categories of sharing described below exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

• Service providers — hosting, messaging carriers and delivery partners, payment processing, and analytics providers that process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services.
• Our customers— message data exchanged with a customer's number is available to that customer in their portal and through the API.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of msgbubbles, our customers, end users, or the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes such as meeting legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. Customers can delete conversations and contacts, or ask us to delete their account data, by contacting us.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and signed webhook deliveries. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email hello@msgbubbles.com. End users whose data a customer controls may be directed to that customer to fulfill the request.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
